The Developer of the Retirement Villages is Kazan Construction. 

 

Kazan Construction was started by the late Leo Kazan whose passion for building and love for elderly people can be seen through the detail and time he spent planning and bringing to life each Retirement Village.  This love and passion is the cornerstone of Kazan Construction who has been developing Retirement Centre's in Pretoria since 1994. 

 

The well-known and popular Willow Haven Retirement Village was one of Kazan Construction’s first Retirement Villages developed over 15 years ago.  Two of their other Developments are also situated in Pretoria East, namely Equestria Village Retirement Centre, and Willow Village Retirement Centre. The most recent developement is Vergelegen Village, which is currently under construction.
