There are a variety of simplex units available to select from. You have the choice of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom units varying in size from 54 square meters to 137 square meters for the larger 3 bedroom units.

All ground floor units have their own gardens that have been landscaped by the developer. All 1st floor units have a private patio.
